9a0dc58b11 Add bare /health location to nginx for management monitor compatibility 
The management monitor checks http://{host}:{port}/health (no slug prefix).
Adds a location = /health alias alongside the existing /rates/health
so both the slug URL (browser/NPM) and the bare path (monitor) work.

c63f8c5c4d Fix registerSW.js 404 — add root to server block 
PWA exact-match location blocks had no root directive so try_files $uri
resolved against nginx's default /etc/nginx/html instead of
/usr/share/nginx/html. Moving root to server level fixes all three
PWA blocks (registerSW.js, sw.js, manifest.webmanifest).

e05054172f Add Rate Monitor app — Booking.com + direct booking engine competitor rates 
Combines Booking.com Playwright scraper (from forecasting), direct booking
engine scraper (ported from laptop-archive/guestline-monitor), and Newbook
own-hotel rates into one focused tool. Four views: Bookability, Market View
(with price index badges + direct rate sub-rows), Direct Rates (per-competitor
room breakdown, min-stay flags, hotel config/discovery), Rate Analysis
(advance purchase curve, DOW chart, rate timeline, comparison table).
