jtricerolph 742960e5a1 Add Excel-style selection/sum to Safe Count's New Total column 
Extract the click/shift-click cell selection + sum/avg status bar
from the weekly report into a shared useExcelSelection hook, and wire
it up to the New Total column (and its footer total) on Safe Count.
