Fix overdue checkout bracket: narrow card right, centre and bold checkout time

Browse source 
- Increase margin-right to 46px so the card pulls in rightward by the same 23px
  the bracket intrudes leftward — net card width stays consistent with other rooms
- Widen .card-sliver-depart to match bracket width (46px) so the time and clock
  icon centre horizontally within the bracket rather than pinning to the far left
- Bump font-weight to 700 and font-size to 10px for clearer readability
- Also correct ::after right position when a next-status bracket is present
