jtricerolph 2b55b0d6a5 Add IPRoyal proxy support alongside DataImpulse ... Auto-detect provider from hostname. DataImpulse appends session/country to the username (LOGIN__cr.gb;sessid.ID); IPRoyal appends them to the password (PASS_country-gb_session-ID_lifetime-30m).
