Remove bookability and competitor rates — moved to Rate Monitor app
Deletes bookability.py, competitor_rates.py, Bookability.tsx, CompetitorRates.tsx. Removes their imports, router mounts, and nav items. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
